Cooper's Crossing is the Ryan Homes development that's been built on an old public housing site. The homes are a drastic improvement.

They're modest town homes with great access to Rt. 29 and Rt. 1. It's across the street from Waterfront Park and Katmandu restaurant and in South Trenton which is being revitalized with market rate housing (unlike other parts of the city which are faking revitalization with subsidized housing).

The first phases of the development are sold but they'll building more.
