    Sterling Building

The Sterling Building is a project by Trenton developer Roland Pott. It's in a commercial district in South Trenton about 1/2 mile from my house and 1/4 mile from the arena.

The building is a two story commercial. The plan is for the first floor to stay commercial and be rented. However the 2nd floor will be converted into 1 or 2 residential lofts. Each floor is 2800 SF. Currently the plan is for two lofts but if a buyer wanted a really big space, Roland could be talked into it.

I've know Roland for years. He owns the Trenton Makes building which includes a restaurant space, the Conduit nighclub, retail space, an architect studio and artist space. He owns several other buildings including a couple downtown. Roland lives in Trenton in nearby Mill Hill.

The building is near the River Line train station, Roebling Market and the arena.
