I'm listing artist studio spaces in Trenton. Our good friends Roland and Annie own and operate Trenton Makes and The Conduit nightclub. The building is a complex that includes the music club, a restaurant space, retail stores, a banquet room and an assortment of artist spaces. The building was completely renovated four years ago and is one of Trenton's best spots.

Currently, Annie has a retail space right on the front of the building available. This particular space gets foot traffic going to the club, is across the street from the Sovereign Bank Arena and also has a door into the club itself. In my personal opionion this would be great for someone making and selling items for a young, club crowd.
