I wrote about the Ice House a few years ago when developer Dan Brenna originally renovated the building. A few units have trickled back on to the market as people move etc.

20 Swan was a functioning ICE business up until 2000 or so. The larger portion of the remaining building was literally the ice warehouse and was lined in cork. The smaller portion started out life back in the 19th century as a carriage house for the Roebling complex.

The resulting development modernizes and provides a location that has some good "close to's". Especially, Delorenzo's Tomatoe Pie (no bathrooms but has a Zagat's rating), Food Bazaar & Roebling market and the train station (about 6 blocks).
