Labor Lyceum #3
The Labor Lyceum is the nicest loft building in Trenton. It was the first building Michelle and I saw when we started looking at Trenton and was eventually developed by our friends John Hatch, David Henderson and Mike and Debbie Raab. The building is in Trenton's best neighborhood (of course I'd say that as I live in Mill Hill too). You can walk to the park, downtown and the train station.
It goes without saying that this is a Trenton Lofts recommendation.

Here's the realtor's write-up.
| Since being redesigned and restored as 6 luxury condos, the Labor Lyceum has been widely admired for its extra special living spaces – and Unit 3 is no exception. Located at the far end of the first floor, it spans the full width of the building and boasts an 18 ft ceiling with loft bedroom overlooking its huge great room. Directly underneath the bedroom, also opened out onto the living area, is a stylish galley kitchen with granite counter tops and raised serving bar. The great room is lit by two giant windows facing north west, while the south east side also features a large window – this one providing ideal lighting for an office/study area positioned underneath. Throughout the property are satisfying touches of detail that confirm it as a standout home: beautifully finished original hardwood floors; mosaic bathroom tile and fine fittings; picture moldings on the walls; clever closet spaces; high-efficiency heating unit. A short set of steps lead up to a side door and outside patio area, with external gas line for barbeques. Comes with security system and speaker phone. This property is a must see. |
